The Blue Economy Action Lab convenes a select circle of leaders driving sustainable ocean and coastal innovation across the Caribbean.
Over two days in Grenada, the region's entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, and partners will move beyond conversation, forming actionable partnerships and defining high-impact projects that strengthen our collective capacity for Blue Growth.
Participation is by invitation only, with priority access given to Island Innovators Members and select additional invitees based on leadership, expertise, or strategic alignment in the Blue Economy.

The Blue Economy encompasses the sustainable use of ocean and coastal resources for economic growth, improved livelihoods, and ocean ecosystem health.
For Grenada and the wider Caribbean, this includes everything from fisheries and yachting to coastal tourism, sargassum innovation, coral restoration, renewable marine energy, and digital marine solutions.

An invitation-only evening of meaningful introductions, shared intentions, and new partnerships.
- 5:30 PM – Welcome arrivals and signature Blue Cocktail
- 6:00 PM – Opening remarks by hosts Lotten Friday (Bay House) and Dr. Angus Friday (Azuros.ai)
- 6:15 PM – Calibre Connection introductions over hors d'oeuvres
- 7:00 PM – Cocktails, small-group exchanges, and music provided by DJ Rain

- 3:30 PM – High-Impact Action Declarations: Participants commit to 30/60/90-day goals

Commit to Action
Each participant will define 1–3 High-Impact Action Declarations (HIADs) — focused commitments to be achieved within 90 days.
Progress will be tracked through our project management and accountability platform, used by Island Innovators’ Executive Fixers as part of our Strategic Support Services.
Participants who opt in can also have their progress featured through the Recognition Engine, with professional interviews and short reels produced by our Ambassadors during the event.
Each participant will define 1–3 High-Impact Action Declarations (HIADs) — focused commitments to be achieved within 90 days.
