Before you apply

Questions, answered.

Who is this for?
Founders, professionals and business leaders building in, from, or for the Caribbean. We look for people with proven experience or real impact who want to build locally and move regionally.
Will I qualify?
We look for traction — something built, led, or meaningfully moved. Stage matters less than substance. Built for calibre, not clout.
Is membership free?
Calibre Connections is complimentary for approved members, and there is no cost to apply. The Calibre Card is a separate, optional upgrade available after approval.
If it's free, what's the catch?
There isn't one. Membership costs nothing because the value of this network is the calibre of the people inside it, not the fee at the door. We don't sell access. We curate alignment.
How long does review take?
Most applications are reviewed within five business days. A person reads every one.
Do I need to live in the Caribbean?
No. Members are building in the region, from the region, or for the region. Diaspora members are welcome and actively wanted.
What happens after I apply?
Our team reviews your application and your fit with the network. If you're accepted, you'll receive next steps to set up your profile and start meeting people.
Who can see my profile?
Your network profile is visible to approved members. You control what appears on it.

Stop building this alone.
